Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within Estonia only. If you're located outside of Estonia and would like to place an order, please contact us at info@oostea.com and we'll do our best to find a solution for you.

Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Method & Cost We ship via Omniva parcel machines at a flat rate of €3.00 per order. After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification with your parcel code so you can pick it up at your nearest Omniva location.
